After the semi rift that played out between Mavins Star, Reekado Banks and YAGI boss Lil Kesh, fans supposed the two have become industry rivals just as was the case between Wizkid and Davido until December last year.
But the Mavin Records music star, Reekado Banks has now come out to set the record straight as it involves him and YAGI boss Lil Kesh. On several occasions, the “Easy (Jeje)” crooner has been confronted about his relationship with Lil Kesh, and the question was brought up by Awazi during a radio interview with him on Sound City 98.5 FM, Lagos.
If you can still recall, Reekado Banks ranted at his “Thank You” concert which held in Ibadan last year, and his rants were directed at no one else but the former YBNL star, Lil Kesh. Now, Awazi asked to know the reason behind such outburst and Reeky admitted that he was stilled very much pained about the 2015 Headies Awards incident.
He was again questioned about the current state of his relationship with Lil Kesh, to which he responded saying that he isn’t exactly a friend with Lil Kesh, nor are they enemies. Fans see these two as potential longstanding industry rivals.
