Wizkid reveals why there’s no photo of him with Drake on the internet

Wizkid Ayo’s affiliation with Canadian rapper, Drake, which saw the Nigerian sensation collaborating with the US star on two songs, had been a usual talk back in the days and still lingers on the lips of some curious fans and media houses.

In a recent interview with HIP TV, the international starboy was asked the reason why he and Drake have no official picture on the airspace despite them being more like pairs and having featured each other in their songs. Wizkid drew everyone’s attention to the fact that pictures don’t usually commemorate friendship or affiliations between people.

In his words: “Do you know how many people I hang out with on a daily basis that I don’t post the pictures? Do you know how many people I know that I talk to and nobody even knows we’re friends? There’s a lot of them.I don’t really care about pictures or other stuff. I’m more of my work. What does a picture have to prove?”

“Does it prove that we hang out or we chill? We do that. So why should I have to post it? I’m not that kind of person. I’m more of the music and I care about my music. So just enjoy the music. That’s all I’m here to deliver to my people.”
